Job Description:

Splunk is looking to hire a People Technology Analyst to support the successful delivery of HR projects and services. Reporting to the Sr. Manger People Technology, this analyst will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting and providing system support, and maintaining data quality. The People Technology Analyst will also assist with other tasks as needed, including but not limited to reporting, configuration work and testing, and other Total Rewards projects. In this role, you will have an opportunity to make an impact, be part of a collaborative team and interact with employees and stakeholders from all different departments daily.

Responsibilities:



Maintain HRIS Workday system

Provide HRIS admin support for system configuration, compensation, reporting and security

Document, troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues

Provide QA support on system launches, enhancements and other system changes/fixes

Triage and resolve Level 2 and 3 HR applications tickets

Support Advanced Compensation configuration, testing and launches for 2x per year compensation review cycles

Provide user training and enablement on HR applications and tools

Perform system audits and fulfill compliance requests

Execute system uploads and audits

Manage regression testing for Workday releases

Create/enhance HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports

Maintain systems security and access changes

Partner with HR, Payroll and IT teams to ensure data accuracy

Create systems documentation and user/process guides

Participate in other People Technology projects as assigned





Requirements:

• 3-4 years relevant hands-on Workday experience with HCM, Security, Reporting and Advance Compensation

• Expertise in ad-hoc report creation via and spreadsheets

• Highly detailed, process and result oriented

• Superior problem solving abilities and exceptional analytical, quantitative, quantitative and deduction skills

• Proven ability to exercise good judgment

• Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent people, communication and customer service skills

• Experience in a collaborative team environment and ability to work independently or with a team

• Strong enthusiasm, drive and a desire to learn and grow

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience in a global, multi-cultural organization, fast paced, high growth environment



Education:

• BS/BA is preferred in a related field
