About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Project Manager to join our Business Operations team, reporting directly to the CFO. This individual will lead and support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and scalability across the business.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between Finance, Strategy, Ops, and other business units-driving clarity, alignment, and execution against the company’s most critical priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, helping to operationalize financial and business strategy across functions
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Product, People, and GTM teams to streamline planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Develop frameworks, dashboards, and documentation to increase transparency, alignment, and accountability across initiatives
  • Support executive-level presentations, OKRs, board materials, and financial narratives
  • Identify and remove blockers, escalate risks, and ensure effective decision-making through strong stakeholder engagement
  • Implement and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and templates across the company
  • Analyze and synthesize performance data to inform recommendations and track outcomes of strategic initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or strategic program deliver
  • Experience working with or supporting Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Strategy teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset and business acumen
  • Comfortable with tools like Asana, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
