Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Hero: Be the friendly, helpful voice on the phone, email, or chat – solving problems and making someone’s day.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell – helping customers find exactly what they need and processing their orders accurately.
  • Phone Answering: Provide prompt and courteous support, maintaining professionalism on every call.
  • Reporting on Daily KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

 



Requirements
  • Key Requirements:
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • A customer-first attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
    • Experience in a customer service role (preferred but not essential).
    • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment – happy to adapt quickly and think on your feet.


Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
UK Working Hours: 8 am - 4 pm 
Salary Range: R14 000 - R18 000
