Are you a proactive and organized professional with a knack for identifying leads and optimizing sales outreach? Do you excel at supporting sales teams with research, outreach strategies, and pipeline management to drive growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to a fast-growing team!

Salary Range:  up to Php 60,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
  • Perform list building, sales outreach, and appointment setting tasks
  • Generate leads and build a list based on client-provided parameters
  • Upload, organize, and update leads into the CRM
  • Pull missing data from online sources and verify for accuracy prior to outreach
  • Update and maintain prospect/client information
  • Send templated outbound messages across various platforms
  • Actively manage client’s LinkedIn channel: like/follow back, engage with commenters
  • Escalate replies or potential leads to the appropriate internal contact
  • Source leads from Slack communities or relevant groups
  • Execute related ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Can request access to additional lead gen platforms if required
The Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Profiling
  • 1+ years using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tool
  • 1+ years working with a CRM
  • AI-fluent and comfortable with basic prompting in generative AI tools
  • Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Strong communicator who asks clarifying questions and engages in active dialogue
  • Highly independent, inquisitive, and takes ownership of tasks
