Job Opportunity: German-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Eligibility: EU Citizens Only

About the Role
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in German

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality

Location Options:

  • On-site: Modern offices in the heart of Athens

  • Remote:

    • If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens

    • If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece

️ Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece):

  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation

  • Airport pickup

  • Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (spoken & written)
