As the company grows, the recruitment team should, as well, so we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is bright and friendly, to join our crew of three. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent
  • Gain a solid understanding of the company’s tech stack to better assess candidate fit and communicate effectively with hiring managers
  • Understand how the business works and what impact that has on the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the hiring managers in the company
  • Represent the company at job fairs, tech conferences, and recruitment events to attract potential candidates
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies including AI tools 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
  • Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy in a variety of digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva for visual content creation, and ChatGPT for enhanced productivity and communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Committed to continuous growth and learning, with a strong desire to build and advance a long-term career in recruitment
