The Job:  

As a Key Accountant Coordinator, you’ll get to:  

  • Develop commercial proposals; identify business opportunities and expand the existing portfolio within the active client portfolio
  • Collaborate with other teams to track sales & product performance against the strategic plan and identify improvement/enhancement opportunities to achieve greater sales targets
  • Develop an integrated Joint Business Plan for the key customer
  • Outpacing industry competitors in share performance across relevant competitive categories
  • Develop an understanding of key account needs  
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members & stakeholders  
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Gather detailed customer information, identifying and connecting with key decision makers to understand customer’s strategic business challenges and business priorities
  • Analyze sales data to improve the results of the accounts, through data-based decisions.
  • Manage full SBD portfolio within key accounts in pursuit of maintaining and expanding SKU-level distribution
  • Track the orders´ evolution, being responsible from entry to delivery to the customer
  • Maintenance of the optimal portfolio with the client, new products listing
  • Works together with the Supply Chain team to ensure flawless customer service & optimal Fill Rate levels
  • Work hand-to-hand with customer to build strong commercial relationships/partnerships

  •  Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in sales
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to properly manage the entire chain through product category management expertise
  • Experience Managing Key Accounts in the Hardware  or Massive consumption sectors
  • Solid experience in the Industrial Market and/or Power & Hand Tools, Accessories or Construction industry preferred
  • A proven track record of managing & negotiating positive results with key customers
  • Results-oriented: drives action to try new things and execute quickly
