šŸ’¼ Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and control company documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping, secure document storage, and timely distribution and retrieval of key documents across various departments and projects.

šŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and compile Material Submittals (MAS)
  • Develop Project Qualification Documents (PQDs)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare complete Tender Documentation
  • Assist in creating Project Cash Flows for awarded projects, with input from proposal team
  • Manage GP Entries and oversee Project Validation, under the guidance of the proposal team
  • Accessing portals, downloading and uploading of clarifications and making tender submissions
  • Provide continuous documentation-related support to the proposal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and project documentation.
  • Support project teams with document formatting, scanning, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients for timely document submission and approvals.

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field)

  • Experience

    • 2–4 years in a similar role

    • Preferably within the Engineering, Construction, or Automation industries

  • Software Skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Adobe Acrobat

    • Experience with EDMS systems is a plus

  • Communication

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to Detail

    • High level of accuracy in document handling

  • Organizational Skills

    • Strong time management, prioritization, and coordination abilities

  • Industry Knowledge

    • Basic understanding of proposals, tenders, and project documentation

    • Knowledge within the automation or construction domain is preferred
