National Account Coordinator

Waste Solutions Canada is one of the largest independent management companies for waste and recycling services in Canada. As a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions, we are expanding our Client Services team and looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individual to join us as a National Account Coordinator.

Salary: $50,000.00 

Job Summary:

The National Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our national clients by managing service requests, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • New Account Setup for large portfolios (National – Coast to Coast)
  • Billing Setup
  • CRM data management
  • Document management
  • Assist with Account transitions from new and existing business 
  • Prepare large scale spreadsheets for analysis on sales opportunities
  • Implement sales opportunities for new and existing business
  • Coordinate with Procurement through the RFQ process 


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
