As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be on the front line of expanding our Payroll sales channels through top of funnel sales motions. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven candidate with a builder mindset who is enthusiastic about identifying, targeting, and creating new business opportunities within the Payroll space.
Our Relationship Manager will possess demonstrated knowledge of the retirement industry and a proven ability to excel in balancing customer needs with company business objectives. In this new role, you’ll have an instrumental impact as Guideline strengthens our commitment to making retirement more accessible.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and the ability to drive both long-term strategy and tactical execution.
