Strategic Relations Coordinator

Location: Remote (UK)

Covetrus is looking for a Strategic Relations Coordinator to join our Strategic Relations team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our partnerships with top-tier customers and suppliers.

About the Role

As a Strategic Relations Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You’ll ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of commitments, and high-quality service for our partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the connector between internal teams and external stakeholders, and who brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting partnership agreements and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records and actions in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate operational and contractual deliverables such as reporting, samples, and pricing updates.

  • Collaborate across departments to meet evolving partner needs.

  • Draft and distribute communications and updates to partners.

  • Prepare performance summaries and monitor service indicators.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or account management support (preferably in veterinary or animal health).

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of veterinary products, supply chain, or e-commerce platforms.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams including Strategic Relations (Key Account Management and Vendor Relations), Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory Management and Sales, while also engaging with external contacts.
