Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with global management consultancy firm looking to hire a senior manager to join the M&A advisory team in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for a team of 5, ensuring the preparation of value-added content and helping to support the clients, develop your own sector knowledge to deepen the team’s expertise.
- Be the main point of contact for C-level contacts, maintain and develop relationships, assisting their business needs.
- Lead and support client and project management, compliance, financial modelling, and various other documentation to the highest level throughout the process.
- Develop and lead the M&A team through your own knowledge and market insight, also develop new tools and methodologies.
- Reports into Head of M&A.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 6+ years of experience in M&A focused roles, preferably from a management consultancy, private bank or investment firm.
- Developed knowledge of equity capital markets and leveraged finance transactions is an advantage.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, fluency in French is advantageous.
- Flexible and able to manage teams in fast-paced environment.
- Role based in Brussels, Belgium (open to relocation).
