Job description

Office Manager (only resumes in English will be considered)

We are looking for a reliable Office Manager  to be responsible for the general operation of our office. He/She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with other members of the company.  Salary in USD.

Responsabilities

  • Handle large volumes of customers.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Manage all the billing tasks.
  • Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary, specially work with the Sales Representative in many tasks.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks.
