Job Summary:
The Digital Advertising Advisor will work with approximately 30 retailers to manage all aspects of their digital advertising. All of our work is conducted remotely (i.e. over the phone, email and screen share).
The primary responsibility of this position is to build a relationship with each of your clients. The Digital Advertising Advisor will take the time to get to know each client - clearly understand their goals, objectives, worries and frustrations. You will then use this knowledge to build, execute and monitor digital advertising campaigns in our proprietary AdRocket software as well as Google Ads/Analytics/Merchant Center & Meta.
Some of our clients are unfamiliar with digital advertising – these clients are going to require some education, patience and guidance as they venture into a new area for their business. Other clients have been using digital advertising in their businesses for some time – these clients need insight, perspective, analysis and new ideas to move their business forward. All our clients need and deserve diligent, careful and timely execution of their advertising campaigns!
This job does not require graphic design skills. You will be backed up by a full design department that can create the ad creative you need to meet your clients need.
This job does not require you to sell new accounts. Our sales team handles the finding and selling of customers (most of our customers have been doing business with our company for years and years and already know us well). You will be responsible for customer retention and maintaining / increasing your clients’ digital marketing spend month over month.
This job does not involve travel (outside of possibly attending one or two trade shows per year). Nearly all of our work is done via phone, email and screen share.
This job does require you to have a firm understanding of digital marketing along with prior experience running successful campaigns.

The Digital Advertising Advisor must be good at building and maintaining long term relationships with customers over the phone. They must have a relentless focus on details, deadlines, and results. They should be comfortable with digital advertising and/or be excited to learn about it (training provided). Likewise, they must be excited to learn a sophisticated piece of proprietary software that changes frequently (the AdRocket software). Lastly, they should enjoy ways to improve the performance of the next advertising campaigns based on the results of the last one.
Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
