About the Role:

We’re a boutique Sydney-based performance agency looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team. You'll work on paid media campaigns that blend smart strategy with creative execution, helping clients grow through effective digital advertising.

This is a full-time remote role for someone with hands-on experience working in a Google Ads agency environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research and build effective negative keyword lists
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy using A/B split testing
  • Set and adjust bidding strategies to hit campaign goals
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Provide landing page CRO recommendations to improve conversions


  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience working in a Google/PPC agency environment
  • Strong grasp of campaign structure, targeting, and optimisation best practices
  • Familiarity with Quality Score, CTR, and other key performance metrics
  • Strong written and spoken English skills

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking setup
  • Looker Studio (or Google Data Studio) dashboard experience
  • Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads
  • Basic HTML/JS/CSS for pixel troubleshooting
  • Experience working with Australian clients
