The Digital organization drives this at Arrow by creating scalable, innovative, value-creating digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to coordinate and deliver digital business initiatives across our organization. This is a business-focused role that bridges the gap between Product Management and various delivery teams (Analytics, Marketing, IT Legal, etc) to ensure successful outcome delivery. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital B2B business models and project management methodologies, enabling them to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success effectively.

What will you be doing at Arrow?

Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
Work closely with Product Management and delivery teams to balance strategy with tactical execution.
Identify project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering project insights and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving, communication, and integration.
Collaborating with local and international teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving operational excellence on a worldwide scale.

What we are looking for:

At least 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum and /or LeSS)
Proficient in project management software
Ability to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making.
Proactive nature with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Aha, Microsoft Project)
Business fluency in English at least on C1 level.
