Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD/month + commission and bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a company in the consumer services industry that focuses on customer engagement and service excellence. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue through outbound engagement.

Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calling, SMS campaigns, and email outreach. Working closely with the customer experience manager, the SDR helps fill open appointment slots and follow up on service estimates to maximize sales opportunities. Since this role is often the first point of contact with customers, professionalism, clear communication, and engagement are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to generate leads.
  • Follow up on service estimates and promote business growth.
  • Sell and expand Service Partner Plan memberships.
  • Deliver scripts authentically and build rapport with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in customer databases.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • 3+ years in sales, customer service, or outbound calling.
  • Cold calling and SMS campaign experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite & Slack.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hatch, GlassHouse, or ServiceTitan.
  • Remote sales experience.
