Social Media Intern

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Only applicants living in Buenos Aires will be considered for the role)

Compensation: $500 USD (monthly gross)

Position type: Full-Time. Remote with one in-person meeting per month in Palermo.

Language Requirements: C1 level English and Native Spanish.


We are a dynamic team seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Interns to join us immediately. This is a full-time paid internship with the opportunity to grow and secure a permanent role after 6 months. We offer a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management across a variety of client accounts. You'll play a crucial role in managing our clients' online communities, building relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer interactions.

This role focuses on fostering strong online communities and providing excellent customer service through social media channels. You will be responsible for engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, monitoring conversations, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues promptly, and build genuine connections is essential.


Requirements
  • Background in marketing, communications, related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • A keen interest in learning about social media strategy development.

  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive online persona.

  • C1 level English and Native Spanish. The target audience for all our clients' accounts is English-speaking.

  • Must reside in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and engage with online communities across various social media platforms.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and mentions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns.

  • Assist in scheduling social media copywriting and contributing to content calendars.

  • Support the development of social media strategies, including audience research.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

  • Assist in creating social media performance reports.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to team efforts.
