Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses. 

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Software Developer / Engineer to play a key role in supporting our effort to integrate Odoo to our current Salesforce platform. This is a critical project, and we’re seeking someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and ideally experienced in working with both platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the setup, customization and support of our business platforms.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business processes and system requirements
  

• Develop custom modules and integrations using Python
  

• Ensure data integrity, business continuity, and high quality for every assigned feature
  

• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to other team members
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across our CRM-related systems and customer portals
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
  

• Strong proficiency in Python
  Previous experience with Salesforce (development, integration, etc.)

• Understanding of CRM data models and business processes
  

• Experience with APIs, data migration
  

• Knowledge of relational databases (we use Postgres) and data driven development
  

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
  

• Version control experience (we use Github)
  

Job Details​:

Type: Full-Time
Schedule:  Monday to Friday with at least 4 hours of overlap during the EST business day.
Remote: 100% Online
