FitLab is a performance lifestyle company that inspires movement and builds community through the most beloved products, studios, events, and athletes on the planet. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, FitLab is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Post jobs ads
  • Assist with screening candidates
  • Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews
  • Assist with the onboarding process; background checks, eVerify etc 

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management while guiding them through HR policies and procedures. 

Benefits:

  • Assist with administering employee benefits programs and ensuring employees understand their benefits packages.

Training & Development: 

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs, ensuring compliance with multiple state regulations. 

Administrative Duties:

  • Support payroll and financial data entry.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Maintain employee files/assist with employee file audits.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 


Pay range: $28-$32 per hour


Requirements

 

Required Qualifications/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Paylocity HRIS experience preferred. 
  • SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.

Salary Description
$28-$32 per hour
