Extremely detail-oriented and skilled personal assistant needed for a prominent San Mateo family! This position can be done remotely but will need some traveling to different residences or as needed by family. MUST have excellent communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to–heavy calendar management and syncing of all calendars and appointments, make reservations, coordinate with my employer’s work team, and manage travel logistics domestic & internationally including being available for things when they are on the road with the possibility of going to places in advance to set things up for the family or friends. MUST also complete special projects and meet deadlines.
