Guided by our ARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

As a Senior Creator Campaign Manager at GoSpooky, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we collaborate with creators to deliver impactful, scroll-stopping campaigns for our clients. You’ll be the driving force behind creator strategies and campaign execution for leading brands like Etos, Andrélon, Samsung, and Prime Video, ensuring their stories resonate across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between creativity, strategy, and performance—bridging client ambitions with innovative creator collaborations.

What you’ll bring

• Native Dutch speaker, with excellent English skills.
• 5+ years of experience in creator/influencer campaign management for leading (international) brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 

• A proven ability to translate client briefs into compelling creator strategies that support brand objectives. 
• An extensive creator network in the Netherlands and the ability to build relationships in new markets. 
• Strong commercial insight and oversight to grow client relationships and support the account & project management team. 
• A passion for staying ahead of trends, driving innovation, and inspiring colleagues across the company. You push boundaries by experimenting with new ideas. 
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas to clients with conviction.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and creator content performance.
• A mentorship mindset, guiding junior team members to pursue bold and innovative ideas.
• Collaborative spirit, working cross-craft with strategy, creative, and media teams to push the boundaries of social.
• Expertise in analyzing the performance of creator campaigns and optimizing ROI.
