What we do
Guided by our ARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

A strict requirement of the role is to be a TikTok native and to have experience with short video creation.

If you have a portfolio your application will be prioritized! So, please make sure to share it.
The starting date of the internship will be as soon as possible. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on fulltime.

The Action

As an intern in our Creative team, you will support the team on a number of projects developing your skills and deepening your understanding of the creative process to create impactful and memorable social media content. You will have the opportunity to get stuck into things like creative concepting, video creation, storytelling (deck building), and creative direction on shoots. 

You as a Social Creative intern:

• Are a third or final year student in creative/media/entertainment studies or similar. 
• Are a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated to learn, comfortable asking questions, diligent, and takes initiative and ownership.
• Likes to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
• Has great affinity with innovative social platforms like TikTok, IG & YouTube Shorts, and understands what these channels mean for global brands.
• Are familiar with creative concepts and storytelling. 
• Have basic knowledge of editing tools (e.g. Capcut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite among others)
• Are comfortable in front of the camera and do not shy away from participating in videos and shorts.  
• Have a basic understanding of Social Media TOV
• Have solid knowledge of the English language both spoken and written, while the Dutch language would be a big plus.
