The Role

As a Creator Campaign Manager Intern at GoSpooky, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, helping to drive our campaigns to success. You'll support our Dutch-focused team in crafting strategic and creative approaches to client briefings, all while learning the ins and outs of the creator & influencer industry. You will also assist across various Unilever accounts, including Andrélon, Vaseline, AXE, and more. From researching and selecting top creators to ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, you'll be a crucial part of our dynamic team. Plus, you'll build and maintain relationships with key content creators and stakeholders across various platforms and markets.

What we’re looking for

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a burning passion for creator/influencer campaign management, and you are at your final year or a fresh graduate
• You are endlessly curious and always on the lookout for the next big trend in our industry. You'll get hands-on experience running creator campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat
• You have a knack for spotting social media trends and identifying up-and-coming creators who are generating buzz
• You are a natural connector, ready to build and grow relationships with creators in new and exciting markets
• You will learn the ropes of managing creator and influencer relationships during campaigns and beyond
• You will assist in juggling budgets and timelines across multiple projects, all while keeping everything on track
• You will refine your presentation skills and learn how to inspire and convince both internal teams and external clients with your insights and ideas
• You are excited to help turn creative concepts into reality, making every campaign a success
• You are a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated to learn, diligent, and takes initiative and ownership

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Enrolled at a university within the EU
• Holds a valid residence permit and a Dutch BSN
• Based in the Netherlands
• Available to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week
• Proficiency in creating presentations and decks 
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for contract and task management
• Knowledge of the influencer landscape in the Netherlands and the content creation process
• Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Affinity with beauty and food-related brands; knowledge of the beauty industry

The starting date of the internship will be as soon as possible.
This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on full time.
