Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly payroll for process across European entities 
  • Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives 
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation 
  • Manage on boarding and introduction process for new starters 
  • Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date 
  • Support HR Administration when needed (on boarding & leavers process, reference letters, work permits etc.) 
  • Support absence tracking/time registration system  
  • Support monthly HR budget  
  • Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects  
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably gained in an international environment  
  • Solid experience in the area payroll and internal staffing 
  • Experience with Spanish and/or European labour regulations and social security 
  • Service oriented and proactive 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
