About the position
Welcome to Pan European Desk (PED), a team that has redefined and revolutionized the banking experience for large corporate clients of ING with pioneering spirit and can-do approach. In 2018 we launched our department as a pilot project that has grown from 3 account managers to 100, from 5 clients to 1600, and in 2025 we are ready to take the next big step by launching a new PED Mid-Office Payments Team to support the existing PED teams and our growth.

Job Description
The PED Payments Capability team will support the existing PED teams by providing E2E support for the various investigations and payment inquiries we handle in PED. As a member of Mid-Office team you will not have direct contact with the client, but your work will have a direct impact on them and as such we are looking for responsible individuals with a client-centric approach at heart.

We understand that experience in corporate banking is very difficult to come by. On the other side, we believe what with right mind set and motivation you can quickly learn and join our team. Due to complexity of work, we have 4 experience levels of account managers (from junior to senior) and our carrier path is transparent and clear.

Wage (gross)
From 1 650/month
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component. Personality requirements and skills:
• You are fluent in English - verbal and written
• You have at least 1 years of experience in client service function or in payment department from banking sector
• You are customer-focused and understand that everything we do affects our customers (Attentiveness and Proactiveness)
• You have large appetite to learn continuously in corporate banking
• You are recognized as person with high level of ownership
• You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
