Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to job postings, application processes, and freelancer services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory user experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and update relevant systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and suggest service improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform features and industry trends to provide relevant assistance.
  • Encourage a supportive community atmosphere for users engaged in freelance work.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online job or freelance environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a capacity to manage diverse inquiries and issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and online platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, proactively managing tasks and priorities.
