Job description

Huff Consulting is actively seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive growth in the staffing services industry. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. We are looking for someone with a proven sales track record and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and secure new B2B clients in the staffing industry

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events, networking functions, and client meetings

  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client staffing needs

  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations

  • Respond professionally and promptly to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other client inquiries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry experience preferred)

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

  • Existing book of business or client network strongly preferred

  • Highly extroverted and confident communicator

  • Self-driven with strong follow-up and time management skills

  • Professional presentation and ability to build trust quickly

  • Willing to attend local events and represent the company with professionalism
