Job description

 

We are looking for Transport Planning & Execution Specialist that will provide a dedciated fleet serivce to all EUR THUBs and Supply Chain organisations.  The main elements of role are End to End transport processes including: planning with optimal utilisation, load readiness procedure (incl  booking process ), exception and change management (including load and unload resolution), haulier relationship management, in-transit tracking,  to deliver cost, service and sustainability drivers.  To ensure transportation plans are actionable, executable, optimized (cost, empty milage, time & availability, service) and ready for physical logistics partners to execute by successfully managing the exceptional changes and requests from exterior parties and influences.

     Location: Warsaw, Poland

     Permanent Contract, Full Time

     Hybrid work ( 50% at the office, 50% remote)

 

 

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Generate executable and optimal transportation plans given parameters defined by upstream supply chain partners and constraints within physical logistics network
  • Support the organization and consolidation of transport plans with THUBs teams, factory and warehouse to manage capacity and demand and find solutions to ensure overall optimization
  • Being the outbound transportation point of contact for assigned factory/distribution center locations and THUB teams.
  • Planning and execution of dedicated fleet transports with focus on optimization of truck movement (cost, empty milage, time & availability, service)
