Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Representative at SURV7X, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals and challenges. Provide tailored solutions and present our services effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight our agency’s capabilities, value proposition, and past successes.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business. Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our agency effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
