Safety Manager (f/m/d)
Role Summary: The Safety Manager leads the implementation and oversight of the Safety
Management System (SMS) and ensures compliance with occupational and functional
safety standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining a proactive safety
culture and ensuring regulatory alignment across engineering and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop
and maintain the SMS in line with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 26262.
Conduct
risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
Coordinate
safety training and awareness programs.
Act as
the primary contact for internal and external safety audits.
Support
safety lifecycle activities in compliance with DO-178C or ASPICE.
Voraussetzungen
Qualifications:
Degree
in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
3+
years in a safety-critical environment (e.g., aerospace, automotive).
Knowledge
of ISO 26262, DO-178C, or IEC 61508.
Strong
leadership and communication skills.
