Safety Manager (f/m/d)


Role Summary:
The Safety Manager leads the implementation and oversight of the Safety Management System (SMS) and ensures compliance with occupational and functional safety standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining a proactive safety culture and ensuring regulatory alignment across engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the SMS in line with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 26262.
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
  • Coordinate safety training and awareness programs.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external safety audits.
  • Support safety lifecycle activities in compliance with DO-178C or ASPICE.


Voraussetzungen

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years in a safety-critical environment (e.g., aerospace, automotive).
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262, DO-178C, or IEC 61508.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
