The Opportunity
We’re looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Partnerships and Ecosystem to build and scale a thriving global partner strategy from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you’ll define the blueprint and lay the foundation for an ecosystem that includes cloud platforms, tech alliances, consultants, SIs, and channel partners—unlocking new ways to accelerate growth and expand market reach.

The Team
You’ll join a cross-functional and highly collaborative team that works closely with leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. While we’re distributed globally, we’re connected by our shared ambition to grow UserTesting’s impact through strategic partnerships and ecosystem thinking.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within SaaS or cloud-first businesses
Deep understanding of customer experience solutions and the broader tech ecosystem
A builder’s mindset—you’re comfortable starting from scratch and creating scalable systems
Strong business and technical acumen; able to translate partner strategy into real impact
Experience developing and managing high-level strategic alliances, including cloud platforms, tech vendors, and system integrators
Confident in leading executive-level partner relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
Skilled in launching joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling motions
Able to define clear KPIs and measure partner success and contribution to revenue
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
A great communicator and natural relationship-builder
