Job Purpose

 

The Head of Hub takes care of their given Hub team, takes responsibility of their target to be reached, motivates each member to make sure they’re dedicated and aware of their objectives; maintains the Hub momentum and team-spirit.

 

Supports the Hub members in their tasks and provides mentoring. Organizes weekly Hub calls (team and one-on-ones) to discuss the ongoing projects, shares information received from the Sales Operations Manager and the Chief Revenue Officer and acts as first escalation level in case of issues.

 

Supports the Sales Operations Manager, goes for new opportunities, gets feedback from the local territory, given markets, countries, industries. Understands and follows the company strategy and assures the team also has the bigger picture. Launches new sales initiatives in the region along with suggesting regional marketing activities to the Sales Operation Manager.

 

Builds relationship with the local industry opinion-leaders, reports feedback from the Hub to other departments (other Hubs, Production, Support, Management, Services, Finance). Assures Hub growth, loyalty and dedication.

Surveys the Hub, keeps HubSpot up to date, provides reports, feed-back to Sales Operations Manager. Assures their Hub provides info to Marketing.

 

Tasks

·         Responsible for the smooth operation of the Hub, supervising new leads, new deals, renewal of existing accounts, upsell and technical development

·         Supports the team to manage customer journey for further growth, renewals and expansion

·         Launches strategic outbound sales campaigns aligned with the company goals and objectives

·         Follows up key performance goals

·         Assures the Hub reaches their targets

·         Builds and nurtures strong strategic advisory relationships with the Hub members

·         Collects feedback from the market and opinion-leaders

·         Represents the Hub at conferences and exhibitions

·         Manages the needs of the Hub, acts as bridge between the Sales Operations Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, Management, and the Hub members; assures smooth cooperation with other Hubs and other departments

·         In case of changes, helps HR and the Sales Operations Manager, Chief Revenue Officer with the hiring process

·         Stays informed about the strategic Hub accounts and risks while supporting the Hub account owners to proactively reach out to high growth potential accounts

·         Encourages sustainable Hub improvements that have a measurable impact on the customer and the Hub in general

·         Invites, involves, engages strategic Hub customers for and during conferences and events

 



Requirements

Job Requirements:

 

 

·         Experience with managing geographically spread sales team

(ideally software sales)

·         Experience in the Translation and Localization industry

·         Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth

·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing high-performance sales team

·         Fluent English required; Chinese or Japanese or Korean desirable

·         Understanding of team management processes, HR processes

·         Personality: able to work with the most independent people

·         Compliance with our standards

·         Proven track of building strong relationships with colleagues, peers, subordinates, supervisors

·         Experience in OKR, KPI, data management, analytics, reporting, CRM systems

·         Strong leadership skills, empathy, dedication

·         Strong communication, negotiation skills

·         Ability to work with a very diverse team, with very diverse peers

·         Strong motivation, team-spirit, and dedication to the company

 

 



Benefits
the contractor is not entitled to paid holiday due to the contractual relationship, however, our client offers them this benefit, which amounts to 20 days
