How you’ll be impactful:

You will join our Barges Business Unit team at our office in Petah Tikva and contribute to the strategic development of the Barges Affiliates and Partners program.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate and influencer partners to scale growth quickly.
  • Own and grow relationships with existing affiliates and creators, working closely to maximize performance and unlock new opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and turn insights into concrete action plans.
  • Define and lead strategic initiatives to shape the long-term vision and success of the affiliate program.
  • Execute growth-focused projects that drive acquisition, increase ROI, and strengthen partner impact.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate and partnership management, with a proven track record of accelerating growth.
  • Solid affiliate network and direct experience working with influencers — mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they intersect with affiliate and content strategies.
  • Proficient in affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., Tune, Impact, CJ, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and campaign optimization.
  • A self-starter mindset — you take initiative, stay focused on outcomes, and seek opportunities to move things forward.
  • Performance- and results-oriented approach — you’re motivated by measurable impact.
  • Comfortable navigating data to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and uncover new growth levers.
  • Confident communicator who can guide conversations, align stakeholders, and keep momentum with partners — respectful and diplomatic, yet firm when needed.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, solve problems on the fly, and work independently.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
