We’re looking for a high-performing Client Human Resources Director to join our HR consulting team at Procare. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of senior living communities across Massachusetts and Connecticut. You’ll balance high-level, strategic projects with hands-on HR operations—supporting day-to-day employee relations while driving initiatives that shape long-term organizational success.
