Director of Growth Marketing, remote USA based job opening. Help Build the Future of Health and Wellness in an independent consume brand with global reach. Are you a proven D2C/B2C Digital Marketplace expert in growth marketing, with examples of success in Paid Ads, Web, eCommerce, Social, and Email? Have you helped Spotlight companies scale rapidly while maintaining brand authenticity and consumer trust?

This is your chance to lead and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy for an innovative health and nutritional supplements brand that’s on a mission to grow from small to medium size over the next 3-5+ years - while staying true to its organic, natural, and low-intervention approach from Seed to Shelf to Prevention or Cure.

  • You understand health and wellness consumers, especially women, their mindset, purchasing behavior, and the importance of trust and credibility in natural supplements.
