US Program Administrator (WFH)

About the Role

You’ll support program operations and executive tasks, ensuring students stay informed, tools stay updated, and the COO stays on schedule. You'll work with LMS platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, and help coordinate everything from live sessions to alumni communications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload & update course content in Thinkific.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding in Kajabi & Copper.
  • Maintain program calendars & send Slack/Zoom comms.
  • Track deadlines, maintain SOPs, and support COO scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot member issues & track milestones.
  • Keep surveys, automations, and CRM records tidy.
