🎯 Role Overview
We’re hiring a world-class Head of Marketing to architect and lead GRVT’s global marketing efforts—across brand, growth, product marketing, PR, and community. This is a foundational leadership role where you’ll work alongside the CEO and executive team to shape the company’s identity, drive measurable growth, and build a marketing engine from the ground up.
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative leader who has been trained in marketing excellence at top-tier tech consumer companies and has proven they can scale growth and impact through full-stack marketing.

🔹 Strategy, Planning & Leadership
- Own GRVT’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, performance, PR, community, and product marketing.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across growth, content, design, events, and comms.
- Set clear KPIs, growth targets, and operational plans aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with product, BD, and leadership to shape roadmap and go-to-market execution.
🔹 Brand, Creative & Events
- Develop a strong, memorable brand identity rooted in trust, clarity, and innovation.
- Lead concepting and execution of creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiential events.
- Drive narrative development that communicates GRVT’s story across Web2 and Web3 contexts.
🔹 Growth, Performance & SEO
- Build and own data-driven user acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Lead SEO/SEM strategy and performance to drive sustained organic growth.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance, and constantly optimize for results.
🔹 Communications, PR & Community
- Define and execute a PR and thought leadership strategy to elevate GRVT’s visibility.
- Manage media relations, founder amplification, and proactive storytelling.
- Build bridges with KOLs, Web3 communities, and content creators in key markets.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 9+ years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Trained in brand and growth marketing at leading tech consumer companies (e.g., fintech, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer apps).
- Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack marketing teams (performance, brand, comms, creative, events, and product marketing).
- Experience launching and scaling growth campaigns from scratch, across organic and paid channels.
- Deep expertise in SEO, analytics, attribution modeling, CAC/LTV, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of PR, narrative development, and community-based marketing.
- Highly organized, with experience managing budgets, tools, OKRs, and cross-functional teams.
- Curious, creative, data-obsessed, and fluent in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
- Crypto/Web3 understanding is a strong plus, but not a must if adaptable and fast-learning.
