Job description

Our hiring company is a local software company focusing in retail technology using automation. Due to expansion, the SME is hiring additional headcounts to spearhead the sales function.

Responsibilities:

Research sales and business list to contact or call for sales.
Able to engage minimum of 5 new clients for every work day.
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
Create strong relationships with client.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales.
Able to create report or proposal to close the sales.

Requirements:

Possess the capability to generate new leads.
Educational attainment is not required. Prefer to have a proven track record in sales & marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of sales force effectiveness, project management and implementation.
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
