Position: Sales Representative
Location: Poland (remote + regional business trips to customers across Poland and Western Ukraine)

We have a great career opportunity for a skilled Sales Representative in an international renewable energy company with a head office in the Czech Republic and representative legal entity in Poland.

To achieve our Partner's ambitious goals in the CEE region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will join the local sales team and will be responsible for the development of the Polish & Ukrainian PV market based in Poland (remotely) with regional business trips to customers across Poland and Western Ukraine.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To accelerate the growth of sales by acquiring new customers
  • To further develop existing relationships
  • Everyday communication and meetings with customers
  • To monitor market and international technological trends
  • Communication with other supportive departments
  • Participation in regional PV events and trade shows
  • Organization and conducting product and technical trainings for our clients
  • Monthly reporting

Qualifications and professional experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in PV market (as distributor / manufacturer / installer)
  • English language skills (B1+)
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian (would be an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of PC office suites
  • Driving license with ability to use a personal car
  • Can identify and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other means
  • Is able to meet or exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with local partners
  • Open to business trips across Poland and Western Ukraine region
