Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary
Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized assistance
Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the company's CRM system
