Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to clients from Nordic countries, focusing on music streaming services.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries, subscription options, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the tech and development teams to troubleshoot and report issues.
  • Stay updated on new features, promotions, and changes to the music streaming platform.
  • Promote a positive and engaging environment by encouraging customer interaction and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards helping customers.
  • Familiarity with music streaming platforms and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • A genuine passion for music and a positive attitude towards customer care.
