Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enthusiastic and high-quality customer support in Spanish, assisting clients with inquiries about travel and tour packages.
  • Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and offer tailored solutions that match their preferences and budgets.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all inquiries, complaints, and resolutions are logged in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the travel and booking teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, promotional offers, and tour packages, so you can provide the most current information to customers.
  • Foster positive customer relations through proactive communication and follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and keep up with new products and services offered by the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is a huge plus.
