Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join a growing, impact-focused team within a boutique consulting firm. The suitable candidate will be responsible for new business development, including cold and warm lead engagement, managing the entire sales cycle, and contributing to growth strategies. You will work remotely but closely with a collaborative team dedicated to helping clients scale through smart solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and referrals
  • Qualify and engage warm leads, converting interest into long-term client partnerships
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and address client pain points
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact to signed agreement
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, activities, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consulting, tech, or service-based environment
  • Working Hours: Eastern Time (EST, UTC-5): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST or Central Time (CST, UTC-6): 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM SAST
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms
  • Reliable fibre internet, laptop, and headset



Salary:

R25 000 to R35 000 depending on experience
