Responsibilities
Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and referrals
Qualify and engage warm leads, converting interest into long-term client partnerships
Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and address client pain points
Manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact to signed agreement
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, activities, and performance metrics
Collaborate with client success and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a consulting, tech, or service-based environment
Working Hours: Eastern Time (EST, UTC-5): 4:00 PM β 12:00 AM SAST or Central Time (CST, UTC-6): 5:00 PM β 1:00 AM SAST
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure

Salary:
R25 000 to R35 000 depending on experience
