Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and general assistance related to online shopping.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues proficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience and effective resolution of complex queries.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, company promotions, and policies to offer precise information to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers professionally and empathetically.
