Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch, addressing inquiries related to online learning tools, courses, and platforms.
  • Assist users with technical issues, account management, and navigation of the e-learning systems.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, providing valuable insights for service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, educational resources, and platform features to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with customers, offering guidance and support to enhance their online learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen your expertise in EdTech and customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the EdTech or online learning sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • A passion for education and technology, with a willingness to share knowledge and support others in their learning journeys.
