That’s Where You Come in as an ESOP Administration Consultant

You will be a key resource to clients navigating the complex (and highly important) world of employee ownership (ESOPs). You’ll manage the full cycle of ESOP plan administration and build long-term, trusted relationships.


Your responsibilities include:


· Managing end-to-end client engagements

· Performing compliance testing, including 409(p), recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting

· Identifying and solving technical plan issues

· Collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to ensure seamless service

What We’re Looking for in an ESOP Administration Consultant

We’re seeking experienced professionals who bring both technical know-how about ESOPs and a heart for service. You take pride in getting the details right — because your work impacts real people and their future.


Requirements:

· 4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field

· Advanced Excel proficiency & comfort with Microsoft Word

· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently

· Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods


Preferred Skills:

Working toward QKA or QPA certification

Experience with other plan types (401(k), DB, CB, etc.)
