We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Trainee to join our team. As an Admin Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various administrative functions and support day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to learn and start a career in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Support in handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Help in organizing meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BA, B.Com, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the administrative field.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
