Responsibilities:
Key tasks:
Competitor Analysis;
Analyze user funnel and identify key improvement points;
Plan and prioritize product development roadmap;
Generate and maintain a backlog based on the roadmap;
Gather, formalize and describe requirements to create or improve functionality;
Set tasks for developers, control the quality of functionality implementation and their compliance with business requirements;
Control the development of functionality at all stages: from idea to implementation;
Test new solutions, implement hypotheses for funnel optimization, conduct A/B testing and integrate successful changes;
Monitor the results of implementations and evaluate their impact on key metrics (enrollment, activation, first deposit);
Collaborate with design, analytics, marketing and technical department teams;
Analyze user behavior and implement UX improvements.
Requirements:
Experience with casino platforms;
From 2-3 years in a Product Manager/Owner position;
The ability to be autonomous/self-driven/initiative is a critical requirement;
Experience with Tir3 (Chile/Peru) will be a plus.
