Nexaminds is actively looking for a Product Owner. The product Owner will be responsible for overseeing projects related to the development of specific product functionality for the Customer service bureau platform. The Product Owner will lead a product team to analyze the business needs of customers, network partners and stakeholders to identify business problems, propose solutions and assure that projects are properly prioritized and that task deadlines are enforced. This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of our client consistently. They will share their business knowledge with team members through formal and informal channels and support product users as well as internal staff.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 5+ yrs business experience related to payroll or other HCM services.
  • Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Be familiar with Agile processes and environments, and define key metrics for measuring product success. • • • Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
  • Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with respect to documenting project specifications and test cases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned project work.
  • Demonstarated leadership capabilities.
  • 7+yrs of Payroll or HCM industry experience.
  • Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education and business experience.
    • Job duties

      • Work with product management to facilitate requirements gathering and product analysis to create business cases for product development.
      • Participate in product roadmap planning with Product Management.
      • Lead product development projects utilizing Agile methodology.
      • Supervise the product team business analysts.
      • Lead and implement production rollout and administration
      • Manage and write product requirements documents.
      • Facilitate testing and manage feedback for new product and services.
      • Provide support for payroll to identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
      • Perform ongoing assessment of processes and procedures, making recommendationsthat ensure efficiency.
      • Generate team metrics for development’s monthly program review.
      • Effectively communicate changes and updates to documents, processes and systems.
